Position: System Administrator

Responsibilities: - Architect and maintain 99.9% server configuration - Maintain existing servers (Red Had Enterprise) and applications (MySQL, Apache, CVS, Perl) - Support ongoing enhancements of current infrastructure and provide ongoing technical support of existing networked, remote and standalone computers and servers including but not limited to hardware and software as well as provide hands-on frontline support for the Voice Mail system. - Actively involved in the product development QA process and code pushes - Prepare system and user documentation - Responsible for the our current backup strategy and key influencer in the future backup strategy - Off hour support and traveling may be required Qualifications: - University undergrad degree or College diploma in Math, Computer Science or Software Engineering - 2+ years (intermediate level) of system administration experience in Linux/Unix - Must have working experience with Apache, MySQL, and CVS - Must have working experience with creating scripts using PERL and/or BASH - Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - Self-evident adaptability, tolerance for stress and ability to work to tight deadlines under minimal supervision - Proven ability to proactively identify, analyze, recommend and/or implement solutions for problems - Must exhibit a willingness to learn constantly Contact: If interested, please submit your resume and cover letter to: Dru Vagale Fax: 416-352-7510 Email: careers@concomadmin.com We thank all applicants for their interest.
